No matter how good you are at recruiting people yourself, the true power of GDI for building wealth doesn't kick in until you have an active downline who are also recruiting well.
We talked about the importance of encouraging your downline. When I called one of my new downline members to give her some startertips, she said she had been in network marketing for years in many different programs and I WAS THE FIRST UPLINE MEMBER WHO HAD EVER CALLED HER!
This is CRIMINAL! I think it is shameful that anyone could recruit people into a program and then abandon them and expect them to do well.
In addition to being encouraging, why not set up a formal free mentorship program for your downline where you provide them with weekly online, telephone or local training? (local training could be like the coffee meetings or info nights).

When people join GDI, they want to do well, but they often lack the knowledge of how to proceed. If you truly want to be successful, help your downline become successful.
